Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions include our Returns policy, Supply of products or Services, local pick up and payment.
We sell second hand goods – including books – and aim to describe their condition as accurately as possible. Our returns policy complies with the ACCC Consumer guarantee and associated Australian Federal and Western Australian Consumer law.
Supply of products or services
We generally trade with all and sundry in good faith.
As a small niche business, keeping prices competitive and as fair as we can (when buying) works well for us and gamers / collectors we buy, sell and swap with. We are caretakers of unique / hard to find vintage items and books until they reach their new owners and we generally love what we do and hold ourselves to a particular ethical standard. Due to this, we reserve the right to refuse to trade with individuals, businesses / resellers and their Agents who are not of like mind or who appear to engage in false or deceptive practice and / or illegal aspects of anticompetitive behaviour.
Local pick-up and payment
Open by appointment for physically distanced pick-up and contact less pick-up by arrangement. We post items Australia wide. If visiting, please msg us or go to our Appointments page to book.
If item is paid for in advance e.g. via EFT etc., item is held indefinitely until we can coordinate pick-up from W.A. 6064. If local pick-up > pay on pick-up is selected, we will hold (unpaid) item for you for a maximum of three weeks.
Post and your payment method
For website orders where payment method is EFT / bank transfer or PayPal, if for some reason you cannot pay within 48 hours please contact us via email infoatretrorocketdotcomdotau.
This time limit does not include payment clearing. In addition, we do offer credit card payment over phone (subject to approval).
