Returns Policy

Our returns policy complies with the ACCC Consumer guarantee and associated Australian Federal and Western Australian Consumer law.

Pay with cash / card on pick-up

Due to current worldwide events we offer physically distanced pick-up and contact less pick-up by arrangement until further notice. We continue to post items with tracking number Australia wide.

If visiting us, please check our Appointments page for more best times / dates for us.

If local pick-up > pay on pick-up is selected, we will hold (unpaid) item for you until pick-up is organised, for a maximum of three weeks. If item is paid for in advance e.g. via EFT or another method, item is held indefinitely until you can arrange pick-up.

Online orders – posted

13/06/20 For website orders where payment method is EFT / bank transfer or Pay pal, if you cannot pay within 48 hours please contact us via email infoatretrorocketdotcomdotau. This time limit does not include payment clearing. In addition, we do offer credit card payment over phone (subject to approval).
