We sell second hand goods – including books – and aim to describe their condition as accurately as possible.

Our returns policy complies with the ACCC Consumer guarantee and associated Australian Federal and Western Australian Consumer law.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may still offer you a full refund or exchange at our discretion. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards / Store credit (although these can be transferred to someone else, contact us if credit is linked to your email address and you want to transfer it.

To complete your return (including exchanges, store credit and partial returns), we require a relevant reason for return as outlined in ACCC’s Consumer Guarantee below e.g. not fit for purpose or item not as described and a receipt or proof of purchase e.g. email of completed order.

If return is agreed on as per ACCC’s Consumer Guarantee, we will pay all shipping costs for returning item. All items sent to us for return should be packed very well so they arrive as they were received by you and must have a tracking number. 

NB: If return is for reasons not outlined in Consumer Guarantee and is agreed upon by both parties, then you must pay any and all post costs related to return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / part refund or store credit.
