Good to Fair condition (closer to fair). Booklet is Punched. First cover page of booklet is loose / detached. Cover wear including wear and tear at base and creasing near spine) and much spine wear, possibly other minor wear not noted. i.e. wear commensurate with age.

This is an original 1980ish edition – not a PoD.
