Note on book grading etc.

Most books in stock fall into the topmost (best) condition category.

Good to good plus

When we use the term “good to good plus condition” it ranges from good to near mint. This means no obvious handwriting inside or other major damage unless shown in photos and / or noted in description. If there is a small label or a small penned previous owner’s name or minor shelf wear, I count that as negligible damage. Contacted books are clearly noted as such.

Good to Fair

is a catchall condition description:  borderline between good to good plus and fair / acceptable.

Fair / acceptable to poor condition

If graded as Fair/Acceptable down  to Poor (and / or play copy only) there is likely to be a medium to high degree of cosmetic wear. For example, marked damage to spine and/or cover, staining to pages, loose pages or other damage like handwriting or highlighting throughout. The damage will be shown in photos and noted as accurately as possible.

Other notes:

In stock means stock on hand in Western Australia.
Books are packaged well by Toggo so they arrive in the same condition – as described – by me.
Sold books are archived as soon as possible after they arrive at their new homes.
